When do I get paid?

We pay your commission Every friday.
This can be viewed from within your account. The "Next Payment" amount is what will be paid on your next payout date, the "Outstanding" amount is anything within a week of your payout date, and will be paid out on your next payout date.

commission payments are payed via PayPal, a service which allows members to send money without sharing financial information. It's easy; all you need is a PayPal account to receive your Brainload commission payments electronically. If you wish, you can then transfer your money from your PayPal account to your bank account.
To get started simply set up a PayPal account. You can use either the same email address you use for your Brainload account or a different one.

Is it free?
Yes it's free. PayPal does not charge a fee for receiving commission payments from Brainload.
Will I be notified when my commission payment is deposited in my PayPal account?
PayPal will send you an email when the payment is made to your PayPal account.
What if I did not receive my PayPal payment?
Both PayPal and Customer Service at Brainload will email you regarding your payment status. The most common reason for a failed PayPal payment is an incorrect PayPal email address. You can provide the correct email address associated with your PayPal account on the Payee Information page.
To ensure fastest delivery of your commissions we recommend that you keep your Payee Information and PayPal Email Address current. Please contact Customer Support at Brainload for instructions if you did not receive your PayPal payment.
Are my Brainload account and my PayPal account the same?
No. You have to go to PayPal's website and sign up for a PayPal account. You can, however, use your Brainload email address for PayPal if you wish or use a different one.
What's the benefit of using PayPal to get my commissions?
No waiting for the mail to come and no going to the bank. You get your commission payment directly to your PayPal account safely and quickly!

How much do you charge?

You keep 80% of your sale listing price (Excluding TAX).
You do not pay any PayPal fee's to receive your sales commission.
Example:
Sale price (Ex TAX): $10
TAX: $1.50
Total: $11.50
-----
Total Commission: 80% of $10 = $8

What happens in the event of a chargeback or refund, will I still get my sales commission?

Yes but we will deduct the lost sales commission from your next sales commission payment. As a marketplace we are aiming to payout the lions share of a sale to our authors, given this business model its not fair for Brainload to assume the losses as a result of a refund or chargeback.

We have published these guidelines in the hope that they will help you steer clear of issues and speed you through the approval process when you submit your products to our site.
Here are some general points to read before submitting your products:-We are looking for high quality products to resell, if your products are of low value or have poor quality images and descriptions, they will most likely not be accepted.
We determine 'high quality' at our own discretion and will not enter into any discussions about our decision to either accept or deny an author to our platform.
To gauge the type of quality we accept simply look at some of the featured Vendors on our homepage. If your expertise isn't in creating graphics and a strong brand for your product and online presence
we recommend canva.com for affordable graphic design.
We expect prospective Vendors To have a online presence, for example a YouTube channel they will be promoting their products from.
When creating your account, please provide clear information about your products.
Please ensure you add your Paypal account details to your account so we are able to pay your sales commission, without this information we are unable to activate an account for sales.
We are an English speaking company, we cannot provide support for foreign languages.
We do not accept any products that contain nudity, sexual references, or intended violence.
We like originality, we do not accept knock off's or copies of other products. Neither do we want to sell 'resell rights' type of content, this is what we class as low quality content, in many cases this type of content results in charge backs when customers realize they've bought a low quality product they simply go to their credit card company saying they did not authorize the charge on their card.
This is a living document, new material may be uploaded raising new questions or concerns for us resulting in additions to these guidelines.
We are building a platform for digital Products that we would like to be known for selling high quality content, these guidelines may seem restrictive to some, those that do get accepted onto our platform truly appreciate the tools they gain access to and can rest assured they are reselling their products with a platform that does things the right way.
